Users are subject to the following usage agreement:
- The user acknowledges that this is the basis for electronic information sharing between the school and the parents and guardians of our students. It is the Policy of Girton Grammar School that information is shared to parents via this electronic medium. Parents need to ensure that they stay up- to-date with information posted on this portal.
- Passwords are the responsibility of the user. Users need to ensure that their individual password remains secured and is not shared with other members of the community.
- Users of Astra Learning Management System (LMS) are not permitted to share their password.
- Users need to ensure that material on the Astra Learning Management System such as photographs, written material and graphics remains the copyright property of Girton Grammar School and cannot be distributed.
- Users need to conduct themselves within Astra LMS in a manner that upholds the Mission and Values of the school.
- Access to Astra LMS is on the basis of consent from the Principal. Continued access requires users to adhere to Girton Grammar School’s practices and policies. The School reserves the right to monitor and manage the use of Astra LMS.
Usage Agreement requirements are updated annually and acceptance of these terms and conditions are stored within the system for verification.
